Menomonie is a city on the Red Cedar River in western Wisconsin. It is the county seat of Dunn County, Wisconsin. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 14,937. Menomonie is the home of the University of Wisconsin-Stout. The city is located partially within the Town of Menomonie.
