Lebanon is a city located in Warren County, Ohio. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 16,962. It is the county seat of Warren County. It was named after the Biblical Lebanon because of the many juniper trees there, mistaken for the Lebanon Cedar. It is known today as "The Cedar City".
