Stillwater Bridge Decision, 13 April 1998The U.S. District Court decided in favor of the Sierra Club and Voyageurs Region National Park Association, and against the Minnesota and Wisconsin Departments of Transportation, ruling that the bridge should not be built. MNDOT announced on 22 April 1998 their intent to appeal.
